Registration for the conference will only be possible through our online registration form. The online registration system will remain open until 23 June 2026, 17.00 CET. After this date registrations can only be made on-site at the conference venue.
Registration includes access to plenary sessions, lunches and drinks & industry exhibition.

Registration platform
The link below will take you to the Oxford Abstracts platform. This platform is used by University College Cork for conference registration. You will need to create an account, after which you can register for the conference. Group registration is possible. After registering, you can pay online. If you would like to use a bank transfer, please indicate this. You will then receive instructions.
Cancellation policy
By using the platform you agree to the following cancellation policy:
- Before 1 June 2026: Refund minus € 75
- After 1 June 2026: no refund

Members of the XR4REHAB Collaboration & Innovation Network receive a substantial discount on a ticket for the conference. This benefit already equals the membership fee, so all the more reason to become a member. More information can be found here.
