Registration for the conference will only be possible through our online registration form. The online registration system will remain open until 23 June 2026, 17.00 CET. After this date registrations can only be made on-site at the conference venue.
Registration includes access to plenary sessions, lunches and drinks & industry exhibition.

Registration platform
The link below will take you to the Oxford Abstracts platform. This platform is used by University College Cork for conference registration. You will need to create an account, after which you can register for the conference. Group registration is possible.
Payments
After registering, you can pay online with credit card or Google pay.
If you wish to pay by invoice and bank transfer please get in touch with johannekelly@ucc.ie. An invoice will be issued to you with a reference to quote in your transfer. Once payment is received in full you will be provided with a code to register on the system.
Cancellation policy
By using the platform you agree to the following cancellation policy:
- Before 1 June 2026: Refund minus € 75
- After 1 June 2026: no refund
