Registration for the conference will only be possible through our online registration form. The online registration system will remain open until 24 June 2025, 17.00 CET. After this date registrations can only be made on-site at the conference venue.

Registration includes access to plenary session, student mentoring event, lunches and drinks at the welcome reception at day 1.

Members of the XR4REHAB Collaboration & Innovation Network receive a substantial discount on a ticket for the conference. This benefit already equals the membership fee, so all the more reason to become a member. More information can be found here.
