The 2026 World Conference on Virtual Rehabilitation will be hosted by the University College Cork in Cork, Ireland.
We love to meet you in Cork for two days full of the latest information on XR rehabilitation and pain and plenty of possibilities to meet, learn, discuss so you return home full of inspiration!
Ticket includes access to all sessions, access to the exhibition, lunch and drinks.
Registration for the conference will only be possible through our online registration form. The online registration system will remain open until 23 June 2026, 17.00 CET. After this date registrations can only be made on-site at the conference venue.

Abstract submission will open in JANUARY 2026.
There will be different tracks, for short papers (3-5 pages) and abstracts (1 page), using the following sections: : background, methodology, results, and conclusion.

The organization will apply for European CME credits (ECMEC®s) by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®).
Through an agreement between the Union Européenne des Médecins Spécialistes and the American Medical Association, physicians may convert EACCME® credits to an equivalent number of AMA PRA Category 1 Credits. Information on the process to convert EACCME® credit to AMA credit can be found at www.ama-assn.org/education/earn-credit-participation-international-activities. Live educational activities, occurring outside of Canada, recognised by the UEMS-EACCME® for ECMEC®s are deemed to be Accredited Group Learning Activities (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.

In the event that the conference cannot be held or is postponed due to events beyond the control of the congress organisers (force majeure) or due to events which are not attributable to wrongful intent or gross negligence of the congress organisers, the congress organisers reserve the right to reimburse the registration fee to the attendee after deducting costs already incurred for the organisation of the conference and which could not be recovered from third parties.
