The Pain Toolkit is a leading resource on self-management to support people with persistent pain.

The project brings together a team of experts that is working to see how virtual reality can add value to the self-management material and create a stimulating virtual environment.

The goal is to get people who are suffering from pain to work together with their healthcare professionals in the management of their pain, bringing people to develop their skills in pain management.
