Poster Presenters for XR4REHAB25 will also be participating in one of the 1 MINUTE WONDER sessions. You will have 60 SECONDS at the podium to give us a quick summary of your poster in ONE SLIDE. Your goal is to get us excited to stop by your poster board to engage with you further! To ensure that the session runs smoothly, you will be required to provide your PowerPoint presentation slide in advance via the upload button below by June 15th, 2025. The overall presentation will be automated (1 minute per slide) and managed by the on-site Audio-Visual team. Presenters are ready in front of the stage and will go on stage in the correct order (by poster number) to deliver a 60 SECOND overview and then leave the stage for the next presenter in line. Slides must be provided in POWERPOINT format 16:9 slide ratio.
To orient you with the facility and the equipment in the room, you are welcome to connect with Silvia de Bruin before your presentation date and time. You may connect during lunch breaks or during coffee breaks. At that time, we can answer any other questions you may have.
